Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings November 10 2015 beginning at 3:00PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA

- RDA- Jean Armitage- 55 Lakeside Drive. Applicant seeks to remove 3 trees within the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond. No restrictions or warnings identified. Unanimous vote was given for a negative determination RDA 2015-09.

New Business Emergency certificate issued to Ted Babbit, 92 Porcupine Point for removal of one small dead birch tree near house.
